Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:

- Defective

- Incorrect (wrong item, size, or color received)
please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Once reviewed, we will provide either:
- A replacement product, or
- A full refund
at no additional cost.
Returns for Size or Change of Mind
Because every item is made specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if:
- You ordered the wrong size
- You changed your mind
- You no longer want the item
- You entered an incorrect shipping address
- You ordered the wrong product

Lost Packages
If your package appears lost during transit, contact us as soon as possible.
