Course America™ is a claimed trademark, and a United States federal trademark application is pending. Certain original Course America surface designs are registered industrial designs in Türkiye.

Historical facts, public-domain materials and third-party names, trademarks, images, fonts, platform components and other licensed materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply affiliation with, sponsorship of or endorsement by Course America unless expressly stated.

Accessing this website or purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of Course America intellectual property or grant a commercial licence.
