Every Course America™ product is produced after an order is placed.
Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within:
2–5 business days
Production times may increase during holidays or periods of unusually high demand.
Shipping
Currently we ship only within the United States.
Estimated delivery:
3–7 business days
after production has been completed.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders already in production generally cannot be modified.
Packages returned because of incorrect customer information may require additional shipping charges before being resent.
Delays
Occasionally carriers experience delays beyond our control.
We appreciate your patience if this occurs.
Damaged Deliveries
Please report damaged deliveries within 30 days.
